Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha belongs to the highest quality available. We work closely with a Japanese family that has been specializing in matcha production for over 100 years. This first harvest matcha is completely free of pesticides and is known for its vibrant green color, refined texture, and deep umami flavor, crafted for true matcha lovers.

Use a small sieve to sift 2 grams (about one full teaspoon) of matcha
powder into a bowl. This helps prevent clumps and ensures a smooth
texture. Pour about 70 ml of hot water (80°C, not boiling) over the
matcha. Boiling water can burn the flavor and make it bitter. Use a
bamboo matcha whisk (chasen) and whisk in a W or M motion until a nice
foam layer forms. This creates a light and creamy texture.

We strive to deliver the highest quality matcha. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we apply the following return policy:

Return Conditions:
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. The packaging seal must not be broken.

Return Period:
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process:
Send an email to returns@fieldsofmatcha.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with further return instructions.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), the purchase
amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment
method.
