How to use
How to use
- Soak Before Use
Place the whisk in a cup of hot (not boiling) water for about 30–60 seconds. This softens the bamboo prongs and helps prevent breakage. - Prepare Your Matcha
Sift 2 grams of matcha powder into a bowl using the measurement scoop. Add a small amount of hot water (approximately 70–80°C / 160–175°F). - Whisk in a “W” Motion
Hold the whisk vertically and whisk briskly in a “W” or zigzag motion for about 15–20 seconds. This helps create a fine, even froth on the surface. - Rinse and Air Dry
After use, rinse the whisk with warm water (no soap), shake off excess water, and let it air dry on a whisk holder or upright with the prongs facing down. - Handwash the measurement scoop.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we apply the following return policy:
Return Conditions:
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of unopened
and unused items. The packaging seal must not be broken.
Return Period:
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process:
Send an email to returns@fieldsofmatcha.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with further return instructions.
Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), the purchase
amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment
method.
