What’s included

50g Signature Ceremonial Matcha
Crafted from 100% Okumidori tea leaves, harvested during the first spring flush in Kagoshima, Japan. Shade-grown for 20–25 days and traditionally stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder.
Expect a vibrant green color, silky texture and a smooth, balanced umami flavor. Fully pesticide-free and compliant with strict EU standards.

Dark Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) – 120 prongs
Designed to create a smooth, even microfoam with ease. Suitable for both traditional preparation and matcha lattes.

Ceramic Matcha Bowl with Spout (Chawan)
Made from high-quality ceramic with a natural, earthy brown finish. The integrated pouring spout allows for clean, mess-free transfer into your cup or glass.
Durable, heat-resistant and perfectly sized for whisking with a 120-prong chasen.

Matching Whisk Holder (Kusenashi)

Warm the Bowl
Pour a little hot water into the chawan to warm it. Swirl gently, then discard the water.

Add Matcha
Sift 1–2 teaspoons of matcha powder into the bowl to avoid clumps.

Pour Water
Add 70–100 ml of hot water (around 80°C) not boiling, to preserve flavor and nutrients.

Whisk to Froth
Using a bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk briskly in an “M” or “W” motion until a rich, frothy layer forms.

Return Conditions:
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of unopened
and unused items. The packaging seal must not be broken.

Return Period:
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process:
Send an email to returns@fieldsofmatcha.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with further return instructions.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), the purchase
amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment
method.
