This premium traditional blend combines first and second flush tea leaves, offering a vibrant green hue and robust flavor with earthy undertones. Grown without pesticides on our century-old family farm in Japan, it is ideal for matcha lattes and drinks where a pronounced matcha profile is essential.

3x 50 gram bags

Use a small sieve to sift 2 grams (about one full teaspoon) of matcha
powder into a bowl. This helps prevent clumps and ensures a smooth
texture. Pour about 70 ml of hot water (80°C, not boiling) over the
matcha. Boiling water can burn the flavor and make it bitter. Use a
bamboo matcha whisk (chasen) and whisk in a W or M motion until a nice
foam layer forms. This creates a light and creamy texture.

Return Conditions:
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. The packaging seal must not be broken.

Return Period:
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process:

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), the purchase
amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment
